I am writing this comment to suggest a slight modification of the forum rules.

which should satisfy everyone (even moderators)

some people come to the forum. only to report comments and they hope that the person will be banned.

out of pure malice. the moderators have the objective of looking at all the messages reported in order to decide what to do.

Ban people who report unnecessarily.
would be a good thing to do.

for the good of everyone
