S hunt alter will not work pve sever 1942

S. Hunt alter inventory will not appear on pve sever 1942. No items can be placed within to get grand champ lure.

Is this that the Sacred Hunt is not running, as in you see an invisible altar and can interact with the inventory but can’t craft; or,

That the Sacred Hunt is fully visible: the light beam, camp and you get ambushed by the werehyenas but you can’t craft at the altar?
