Samite Satchel: has anyone seen them?

I read on the Wiki that there is also a Samite Satchel/Pouch of sorcery regeants in the game. However, I see no option to craft one and have never looted one from a sorcerer. Are these currently implemented, and if so is there some trick to obtaining them I am missing, or do I have a bug on my hands?

They get dropped by the t4 sorcerer’s mate. They don’t seem to give any better loot than any of the other satchels though.

They randomly drop from sorcerers usually higher tier ones (maybe only named). But they are not materials. They act like Supply Bags that you can use to open up and get other materials. Usually other reagents.

Thanks for the information guys! I am guessing they have a fairly low drop rate do they? Because I have killed a good few T4 sorcers since the advent of sorcery, but still no Samites for me…

Tbh I haven’t payed much attention to the drop rate. I see so few named sorcerers and I usually just open up the packs without checking to see what sort it was. I just know that the few I have killed have dropped the sanite satchels

You ain’t missing much.

Most of the times you do not receive anything from them. Not even “notes” or dead sorcerers map.

I’ve found few of them and they dropped only from T4 sorcerers.

It contained more items in my cases (for example 2 sorc spell pages, 5 failed pages, some notes, pouches). But maybe it really is random, I hope that samite satchel has at least guaranteed sorc spell pages in general.
