Been playing this game since February of 2017 and the same thing bothers me. The combination of rapidly declining quality and abysmal customer support is maddening.

Maybe you should open a new bug report that says you are unable to purchase Crom Coins, because [that’s pretty much the only thing that makes them react quickly](https://forums.funcom.com/t/the-game-doesnt-let-me-buy-crom-coins/269374/2).
