Serialization error in character transfer from one official server to another official server.

Steps to Reproduce:
I have tried to transfer my character to another server, but I am getting an error in the transfer that points to deserialization at the time of importing the character template.
I would like to delete the character that I have uploaded to the cloud, but I guess that can only be done by an administrator.
Can you help me by deleting my character in the cloud, please?
