The problem was acknowledged and looked into on this previous thread:
The issue was supposedly resolved 2 days ago, and despite the server being mostly fixed for that two days (not counting tremendous lag), it is now disconnecting everyone again at very frequent intervals. This is the same way the problem started 2 weeks ago, with regular DC’s, before it escalated and the server just couldn’t stay online anymore. @Caroll, could you please forward this on to be looked into further? I suspect the rollback that was done (2 days ago), didn’t go far enough back to get rid of the root problem and now the database is corrupted all over again.
I have opened a new ticket with the Zendesk and I encourage all other players on 1732 who are being affected by this to open their own ticket as well.

Same issue, same server. Sadness.
Ticket submitted, and adding my voice here.
Guess I’m back to Civ 5 and Sims 4 while I wait.

Yeah doesn’t look like its been fixed 1 day of game play every 2 weeks pretty good though

01/24/2024: Issue with crashing/9999 still not fixed.
Also, Decay timer has been shut off apparently (I think that’s good, at least no loss from decay?).

Still not working. Did you figure out what the problem was the last time? Should we be trying to log in to refresh our bases, or should we expect another rollback if/when the issue is resolved? Is there any way to know if it will occur again in the future?

I haven’t been able to log into 1732 in weeks. Even though ping is low it doesn’t allow me in and kicks me back to play online screen.

"For over 15 days, members of our clan have been struggling to access and enjoy the Conan game. We are encountering several issues, with the main ones being as follows: firstly, the server is not showing up; secondly, the ping spikes to 9999; and thirdly, the server date displays as ‘???’. On some occasions, we manage to log in, but when attempting to refresh bases, all locations show a minus sign (-).
It’s worth noting that all of us are facing this problem, despite being in different regions. This situation is significantly impacting our gaming experience, and we would like to request assistance in resolving these technical issues.
We would greatly appreciate any help you can provide to address these concerns and allow us to fully enjoy the game. We look forward to your prompt response.

There is a definite issue and Funcom is aware and investigating according to @Mayra…
I encourage you (and all of your clan members) to open a ticket with the Zendesk, as this issue is much more widespread than just server #1732. When you open your ticket, select server performance and explain exactly what you’ve been experiencing.
Note ~ The decay timers are temporarily turned off on 1732.

Yeah still having issues- but decay is off until they sort it out.

Still try to login once every few days. They may turn the decay timer for buildings off, but we dont know if the decay time for thralls is off as well or not.

No official update from @Caroll but it appears that today’s small patch fixed the problem on 1732 without the need for a rollback. 
Time will tell if it is a permanent fix or just a temporary one

@Caroll, can we please get the decay timers turned back on (for #1732)? The memory leak has been fixed for nearly two weeks, and without decay, the server is slowly turning into a dumpster full of campfires and abandoned sandstone cubes everywhere.
