Server 6306 offline

Server 6306 has been with 9999 PING (offline) for over 5 hours now.
Tried jump starting it by Direct Connect but it goes to time out.

exactely the same happens with server 1040. The server is down for more than 13 hours now.

6305 and 6306 Offline for a few hours now.

Looks like to me that when the server goes offline all timers go off/stop too.
Last time this happened the thralls in the wheel of pain didn’t move a bit.
