Server availability/stability

I try to play the game for some days now, but the availability of the game server makes this almost impossible. In 50% of cases the server isn’t reachable at all (already when updating dimensions), or I’m able to login and play for 1-5 minutes before getting stuck and finally disconnected. This is very annoying.

When I’m able to play normally (which happens, too, but rarely), the game is fun, as it has been long long time ago. So please fix your server availability or connnectivity issues. It would be sad to give up on AO, and to cancel the subscription the very last time.

I dont know whether somebody reads this who is in the position to help, I just hope so.

In case u are in germany and ur ISP is telekom it’s their fault. The Route to the AO servers has one faulty hop. Cloudflare warp one.one.one.one fixes that for our telekom users.

It is indeed German Telekom. This doesnt really explain why the game runs fine sometimes (because I guess the wrong config is always active), but I will have a look at Cloudflare warp this evening. Thanks so far.

Tried Cloudflare Warp yesterday - it works great. No issues with AO anymore. Had a lot of fun.
