How is it possible that someone from another clan is able to enter our base at 3 o’clock in the morning, since the base is completely covered, they have taken the fervor from the altar and entered inside if you can not open the doors? I await an answer.
You may be awaiting an answer for longer than you expect, as you’ve posted in the Secret World: Legends forum instead of the one for the game you’re feeling poutraged about.

There’s exploits (which should not be shared on these forums!) which they could have used to do so or the servers’ clock is not in the timezone you expected it to be (cant remember where)
We had the same problem and yeah there is a bug to do so
