Server crash with 9999 Ping and Stability Bug 127

Bug Description:

We have the problem that after a player joins our server, player got disconnect, server gets 9999 ping and i have to restart the server because the launcher says the server goes into “zombie”. After that in the Logs are some Errors with “building:Warning: Code: UInstancedBuildingComponent::RemoveUnstableModules” After the restart we can join on the server and the Error Building parts get 127 stability. This happens more and more and the problem goes random on other building parts. So on the one or other day we get the 9999 ping problem and more parts got “broken”. Maybe someone has a solution to this problem
