Server crashed and non existent decay timers

Bug Description:

Server crashing and decay timers non existent

Bug Reproduction:

log in and play the game, wait for server to crash. Try to log back in and the server takes hours to come back.

Since the update the server crashes and sometimes doesn’t come back for hours or a day. Decay timers are non existent and nothing decays.

Decay timers have been turned off on siptah for the past couple months due to a crashing bug on Xbox and pc ports. Until they can patch it, the decay timers are frozen. This is unrelated to the crashing of the new update.
