Bug Description:
It seems that riding too fast (or too far?) across the Isle Of Siptah map gets you disconnected from the server.
This has happened to me several times. It was worse in the past but is still an issue. With the speed saddle on the horse, a fighter, archer, or bear thrall following, a captured thrall in toe on the chain, and with heightened stamina, running the horse at full speed for one or two stamina meters often results in the brief message “Disconnected From Server”, followed by a client disconnect.
Steps to Reproduce:
Place the speed saddle on a level 20? (maxed) horse.
Make sure you stamina pool is high - maybe wear Voidforged Vagabond too.
Go to Sipho’s Shipyard and capture a thrall.
Get on the beach or any stretch of long land without obstacles.
Ride as fast as you can - for me that’s (Shift+W).
When the stamina gets low or is depleted keep riding at normal speed (W)
Increase speed when stamina is nearly or 100% recovered (Shift+W)
type in console - toggledebughud and check upper right corner, the thing u said happens only if ur ping is too high… means u are traveling or doing things to fast than server can handle, but i dont know for sure, i have this think only when debughud shows server ping 999+
That’s certainly a possibility. My ping to that server normally is between 14 and 40 somewhere - just depending on the hops the routing took and which way the moon was facing. I’ll turn on a ping monitor as you prescribe tho and keep an eye on it as I play - for when it happens again. Thanks for the suggestion! Of course there’s also the cart & horse thing to think about too. :d
Ur ping and server ping may differ and alot. my ping and fps normally is 50-60 FPS , near big bases 30-50 … Ping is for me normally 30-60 while server ping 60 -120 … i think its normal because its most of times… when it kicks up to 250+ thats red signal that big lags starting… and u may get kicked because somehow server kicks out players until it constant… soo if there is 30 players, 20 can be booted out until it drops to less than 120…
