Server getting flooded, resulting in Lag

[Server getting laggy due to players spamming Connections]
I today got the issue on my server(s) that people maybe try to lagg the server out.

Dedicated Server 2012R2, No Mods

Most of the Spam came from Country China.

Thats the two issues I can see in the logs:

I got no longer issues since i made a script to automatic detect large amount of attempts and block them via Firewall.
But maybe you still want to look in to it.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

This is exactly why I region block IP’s from certain countries.

Well, that would be a workaround, not a fix.
tbh, i just blocked china for now, no idea why they even play on a server hosted in germany…

For them, it’s actually a sport to hack and grief other servers. Korea, Russia and Egypt are almost as bad.
