There seem to be increased number of server issues the past week, since the May 20th hotfix, that at least for me are more severe then usual. Same issues occur for other guildies and for raids in Global.
Community server instability - Just yesterday we had the community server die two times, where raids lost 2 groups during raid. So the raid had to be disbanded and started again. One occurred at 30.05.2015 at approx. ~20:40 CET and the other one at ~21:30 CET. Interestingly enough second time it was only group 4 from raid that was kicked. Usually it kicks group 3 and 4.
At same time mini-games also disband and guild list is not available.
Lag spikes 5k+ ms - this seem to be more and more common every 5 to 10 minutes. The redbar goes to 5k ms+ usually for 1 sec, but every ~5th spike for me is ~5 to 10 seconds now. This also start to occur outside Kuthchemens now, while before (the May 20 hotfix) it was mainly only in Onslaught.
Since the May 20th hotfix the Audio in Kuthchemens seem to be bugged ~1 out of 4 entries, it will non stop play the Horn which is quite confusing.
Other? please leave a comment if I missed something important for you.

60-70% of the time when I change zones i get dc and don’t make me talk about rf… sweet mother of god… why??? FC why??? Why do you give us such a hard time??? I don’t get it, what’s with the red bars and dc??? Don’t you make enough money from us to make those servers stable???
i also have high ms up to 5k - im in eu
but what is more gamebreaking is that zoning often leads to eternal loading screen, it started to happeen with me yesterday and with about 10 tries to loggin or zone i managed to make through it just 2 times
today looks same - had laggspikes on one of my otther toon didnt even logg to game
now im having freeze at start of loading - at 0% bar didnt even move a inch but this is actually good omen since yesterday with waiting at it i actually managed to logg in in the end

no it didnt go through - i waited about 10 minutes and had to mannualy terminate aoc process in task manager, was stuck at 0% freezed

another 5 tries to logginh one character cos i wanted to claim reward on it all 5 times stuck at loading screen with 100% and nada, after i tried to logg in character that this stuff started to occure for me at first yesterday, first something like login charavter information missing and after when i pressed login button stuck at logging in at character selection with bar slowly reducing itself,
finally manage to loggin on 3rd character but i made it just to check if its toon related problem or something else
ok got it finally i managed to logging character i wantred to
seems for me thats maybee related to traffic - since its still eu morning and its the time as well when ppl from america play - mainly west coast

also at first either loging rewards at shop comes with black screen, after closing it and reopening it manually it pops ok after some time, just to let it be known

another few tries to logging with different character and all of it freezed eternally at loading screen
what is more to say about it is that while i logged in on character that wanted to claim daily reward on is that i had constant 500ms often going red 5k ms lagg spike, i usually had 130-150 ms and rarely any lagg spikes
i think maintanace is much needed at this time

it is problem at my end
my isp had malfunction locally - and it hit my place
im running at 1/1000th transfer speed what i supose to have
luckily claimed dailies few past days and internet went totally off for most of sunday
Yesterday 04.06.2020 The community server again was crashed for over 10 minutes+ at around ~21:50 CET. The raids for all server disbanded and lost 2 groups. Minigames also crashed.
Also having trouble when zoning, not to mention all other servers problems. Maybe time for you Funcom to start helping your customers instead of just taking our money? So give us some comment how you are going to fix this.
