Server keeps crashing on bootup

Below is the error at the end of the log file, I have run the server with my current mods and without any mods at all. And I run into the same error could anyone point me to where I can possibly fix this issue?

Can you please post your mod list? Do you run RA? Is your server hosted by gportal?

Here is my mod list, and no I am not with gportal. I do have RA. Is that the cause of the problem and what can be done about it?

These 2 mods are 2 of the mods that crash the server on startup. Try removing them and see if the issue is resolved.

EDIT: RA just released an update, so you can keep that one. IQoL is still being worked on.

You also have to have updated the server, because there was a problem with persistent data that would crash ANY mod that use it, e.g. any mod that has things that you keep through restarts like customization, content of inventory, etc.

And customization is the problem by the looks of it.

It also had problems without any mod if you used the Vanity Mirror before the update and your character had added a new hair or anything that wasnt previously possible in the game.
