PS4 saying please connect to PSN network while on server list yet I’m on PSN

I’m in EU the server list doesn’t fully load either as it shows no dedicated servers.

When I do click on a server after removing the please connect to PSN network the game crashes.

Same to a lot of people now 3117 total Brocken my full tribe can’t join what’s going on guys is this official or beta? What’s with our money? Where are the Admins and the Support or any kind of Information???
