It would be ServerSettings.ini, but it is still a feature being worked at this moment and should be used at your own risk. It will be ready once we announce the final results of the poll in this thread:
Our team is still running a few rounds of testing and once it’s ready to go, we will announce it (including instructions for server admins) and roll out the changes on official servers. It should be really soon.
