Server Performance degradation with recent DLC patches

I’ve got a wealth of experience in running Conan server.

Pre DLC patch on a 150MB database (SQL Inactive cleanout scripts) server at 70/70 every night solid ran at 100 - 150 Ping and ~10 server fps.

Post DLC Patch (we have wiped) on a database which is 33% smaller (70/70) im getting 200 - 300 ping and 3 server fps.

There’s no issues infrastructure wise 1Gbit up/down and the hardware is working perfectly.

I know funcom designs with 40 players in mind, however the drop in performance is substantial - something is causing performance issues since this patch regardless if i run a 70 slot server - something post DLC patch has negatively impacted performance. I’ve also noticed buildings load slower than they used to - perhaps somethings broken with the new mechanism installed which was meant to optimise loading speed of bases?


Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

I agree, after the previous patch performance seemed to rise, but with the latest one something might have changed that has dropped it down again. No idea what it can be since I am no tester, but play a lot of hours and can tell when performance gets better or worse.
