Anyone currently having issues with all servers stating 9999 ping?
It’s been showing this for me since roughly end of Age of Heroes I believe, could be later but haven’t been on an online server for some time due to buildings I’d created were disappearing.
This is on all modes too, PvP, PvE Conflict & PvE.

Yes indeed since the release of Hoh, the servers display a ping at 9999, moreover the number of players on the server is replaced by one? as well as the age of the server.
This is valid on the official and private server.
The error report was transmi to the dev, they only have to eat or wait for a solution.
After looking at more threads since posting this it seems this issue has been an ongoing intermittent issue since at least 2021, that’s the earliest I’ve seen threads and comments regarding this issue.
All servers, private and official say 0 online, not sure about the age, I’ve seen people comment saying you can still load into servers and find one that suits, but why should everyone have to accept loading in and out of an unknown number of servers countless times to find a server that is suitable?
We should be able to just view the list, to make things worse seems that Funcom isn’t pushing out much if any info of upcoming fixes.
It is true that all platforms have experienced this 9999 server ping issue for years, comes and goes.
But this particular one has happened since October 17, 2024, this was the launch of Age of Heroes as @mynotaure explains. The cause is some kind of server list display problem for both consoles. FC has communicated they’re aware and that it is a particularly difficult problem they’re trying to resolve.

Hopefully sooner the better as I’m avoiding online servers because of it, I’d understand if it was an issue specifically from 17 Oct 2024, but it’s not.
It’s been a constant issue since 2021 from all the threads and posts I’ve seen, you would think they would have had it sorted since then, that’s a long time for a problem to intermittently come and go.
It’s not just the ping it’s age saying ??? on all servers and 0 players on every server, there is definitely people online somewhere.
Please understand I am not disagreeing with you that it has always been an issue.
Something happened with that update that cause the constant 9999 ??? problem you’re all seeing on consoles currently, though.
It took many bug reports before it was finally acknowledged.
Please don’t think I’m getting angry at you I’m not, I’m not angry at all I agree with what you said, however all I’m saying is the issue itself has been around a lot longer and they’re aware of it.
I’m just saying even though it seems to have become worse with the release of Age of Heroes like you stated, the issue itself has been around for at least 4 years yet it’s gone unfixed as any fixes they’ve done clearly haven’t fixed the underlying issue.
They haven’t even given an estimate of how long it may be before it’s fixed, along with other fixes for other issues too.
