Please understand I am not disagreeing with you that it has always been an issue.

Something happened with that update that cause the constant 9999 ??? problem you’re all seeing on consoles currently, though.

It took many [bug reports](https://forums.funcom.com/t/current-bugs-issues-pt-1/269625#p-1237116-server-list-10) before it was [finally acknowledged](https://forums.funcom.com/t/xbox-living-settlement-march-25-update/273822/8).
