Server rating settings not working

So I tried to rate my server but it gave me error, like server not reachable or something along those lines, so i found this post:

and added to Engine.ini(in gportal you cannot edit DefaultEngine.ini)

[ServerRating]
RatingServer="https://ce-sps-ams01.funcom.com:7600/"

But it’s still giving me the same error. What am I missing?

very long standing issue and no known eta for a Funcom fix. All new serrvers must remain inferior in ratings for now.
