im not 100% but my guess is that the server saves every 10-20 minutes or so, something is routinely causing extreme frame rate drops, im talking like lag on an unplayable level, and it lasts about a minute or so. this happens only online so i think it is when the server is saving, but its gotten me killed once and nearly killed a second time. this really breaks immersion and is constant threat in the game. hopefully there is a solution coming because long term this could really ruin the game
