I have rad problems with my server.
any building is updated if a player approaches it. no matter who owns the building.
The age of the server in the search is always 0.
buildings do not deteriorate as the timer is constantly updated.
Who realties faced similar problems?
P.S. Does anyone have a description of all the server settings through ini files? (изменено)

I am by no means an expert on server management, still pretty new myself, but I do know the answer to #2. This is a bug that they are aware of. No ETA of a fix that I have heard.
As for #1 and #3, sounds like an ownership permission somewhere. I really have no idea where tho. Can anyone enter the buildings owned by other people?
