Server transfer error.
While transvering my character from one server to another i got a error and now my character is dissapeared.
ive seen more people complain about it so i hope someone can help me with this issue.

Character name: APoundOfFletch
Original Server: Official #1587
Server I was trying to transfer to: Official #1942
I really don’t want to lose my character. All my friends and i packed up our mats and did the upload at the same time and we all had the same issue trying to import character and now we don’t even have the option to import.
I would appreciate any assistance.
Both of you can receive assistance by submitting a ticket to ZenDesk. Make sure “Transfer issues” is selected from the drop down (the last option).
