Hey I up load my character before it get closed and now I can’t download it in the server I want because it get closed .. is there’s any way to drop it in any server ? It’s my home character and I don’t want to lose it

Try sending a ticket to the help desk. They should be able to recover it if it’s still in the system.

It use to be ZenDesk. Idk now. Sorry. Maybe @Dana or someone else @community can give some more information.

For anyone submitting tickets make sure you reply to the automatic email otherwise tickets seem to auto close.

If you are experiencing any issues with the characters that you already prepared for a server transfer, please contact our support team as they will be able to look into your tickets further.
It may take a bit longer to get a reply back but please be patient.

You can do player report for now. Someone from the team will move it around if needed.
Important thing is that the team is flagged about this so they can investigate further.
