Server Transfer

hey I’ve tried to move a character from one server to another server now it says I still have one in the cloud, and I can download it again and again on other servers. and I have one I need to transfer to the server I normally play on but I can’t, because there’s still one in the cloud. I’ve been waiting for 24 hours. I’d like to have it there before the new patch
