# Servers List Won't Load

**Type of issue:** Crash | Bug | Performance  
**Server type** : PvP | PvE-Conflict | PvE  
**Region:** [LATAM]

After the most recent update, when I click PLAY ONLINE and choose ANY type of server, the list wont load, after some time i got a message “LOST CONNECTION, You must be connected to the internet to play online”.  
My internet its fine, my conan single player is fine.

Is anyone getting this bug? Or know something that I can do to fix?  
Already did the “check files integraty” twice.

I have not had any issues with the server list showing, but I did not specifically check for servers in LATAM.

I will check now and see what I see.

I can see 132 servers in the LATAM region.

Check to see if there are connectivity issues with STEAM in your area. Maybe this is caused by a STEAM outage.
