So we had a server rollback last week, which was poorly communicated and resulted in hours of lost farming. You guys compensated by giving 2X XP/Gathering rates; not amazing, but it was better that nothing. On Sunday, numerous servers go down. NO ONE even acknowledged it for two full days. When there was finally a post about it, you didn’t bother to give an explanation. Finally the servers came back online yesterday, but all of our stuff was wiped. When they finally refreshed the database several hours later, there was ANOTHER 24+ rollback, which lost ALL of the XP/gathering from Saturday. And since the servers were down Sunday, we lost that day as well.
So all of these servers have gone through two separate rollbacks in the last two weeks. Can we at least get the double XP / gathering back? I mean, c’mon guys its the least you can do after this debacle. It’s really crazy to disrespect your player base like this.
Honestly, if you gave an option to pay for Official servers that would get better (and by “better” I mean, “ANY”) customer service, I think a lot of us would do it. You guys need to do better. Between this and Dune, I really can’t imagine playing another Funcom game after this experience. @Dana @Community
