Players in the Latin American region have reported it missing from the server list or showing a 9999 ping (which indicates the server has crashed and failed to reboot).

Because official servers are managed by Funcom and their hosting partner G-Portal, resolving these constant crashes usually requires direct developer intervention. @Dana

This is ridiculous. Every single day the server goes down and stays offline for hours. Today it was offline the entire day.

G-Portal says they have already checked everything, but claim it’s Funcom’s responsibility. Funcom says they are investigating with G-Portal, and then later claims the issue has been resolved.

The truth is that nobody has actually looked into anything. It’s all just copy-and-paste responses and standard support replies.
