Set Alter disappearing when upgrading to Tier 3 after last patch

Game mode: [Online | Official Server]
Problem: [Crash | Bug | Performance | Misc]
Region: [PVE Server #1523]

Second time i’ve tried to upgrade Set Alter to Level 3. Despawned both times with nothing but a loot bag when finished crafting. Worked fine at my other base prior to patch. Needs to be looked at.
Alter position- 4,756.633, 149,360.858, -8,499.671

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

1. Farm Materials.
2. Upgrade alter to max level.
3. Watch it disappear
