Setite Ritual Knife

[While holding setite ritual knife in my offhand I press left ctrl and it does backflip only cant harvest dead bodies]

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:
1.While holding setite ritual knife with lmb(light attack on my keybindings) kill NPC
2.Try to use harvest dead body while holding setite ritual knife with lmb it only punch it
3.Holding in the left hand so try offhand/block key (left ctrl in my keyblinds settings)
4.Only backflip no harvest

I hope I unterstand you right: You try to harvest with the tool in your offhand.
I’m not sure, but I think you have to use the tool with your main hand, not with your offhand.

Any chance you are holding the Set Snakebite daggers? They look very similar. I’m not quite sure how you pick up a tool with your left hand.
