Settings des not reset to difficulty defaults

Bug Description:

Settings does not revert to default

Bug Reproduction:

Change an advanced setting, go back to main menu, start a new adventure, change difficulty (Civilized, Decadent or Barbaric) , start the game.

If we make changes to settings using advanced settings they stay if we change difficulty and start anew game.

I think that if we change difficulty settings the settings are supposed to reset to defaults.

Issue is still not solved. Jun 20 - 2026

Making changes to the difficulties before starting a gamed, does not affect / change the settings.
The only way for me (solo mode) is to make myself an admin after I started a game, then click on the desired difficulty setting (Civilized, Decadent, Barbaric).

I don’t want to play as admin so after this I must quit the game and restart.
In this VIDEO I started the game 3 times using the different settings then showcase the settings stats when the new game is started.
