I have been playing Conan Exiles since the day it was first released. I started on the PS5 platform and later continued playing on Steam and Xbox. I truly enjoy Conan Exiles, but the technical issues introduced after recent updates have significantly reduced the enjoyment of the game.

I have been playing Conan Exiles since the day it was first released. I started on the PS5 platform and later continued playing on Steam and Xbox. I truly enjoy Conan Exiles, but the technical issues introduced after recent updates have significantly reduced the enjoyment of the game.
I am currently an active PvP player on official servers, and the issues listed below have made the game nearly unplayable.
Main Issues I Am Experiencing
1. Chests and Items Disappearing
After a server disconnect, the last chests I interacted with disappear completely. These chests contain valuable items such as:

Explosive jars and bombs

Weapons
-
Armor
-
Building materials
-
Other important resources
All of these items are lost permanently.
These losses:

Do not appear in the Event Log.
-
Show no raid or destruction records.
-
Do not appear as loot bags.
This is not the first time it has happened. Since the latest update, many of my chests and all the items inside them have disappeared.
2. In the Past, Cheaters Stole Items — Now the Game Deletes Them
In the past, we experienced situations where cheaters used hacks to vacuum all items from chests and steal everything. At least back then, the cause of the loss was clear.
Now, chests are disappearing on their own without any player interaction. This has become an even more serious problem than the cheating issues we experienced before.
3. Event Log Is No Longer Sufficient
I understand the decision to hide player names in the Event Log. However, under the current system:

When we kill another player,

Or when we are killed by someone else,
the name of the killer is not shown.
How are we supposed to prove that we were killed by someone using illegal methods or cheats if no names are displayed? The current Event Log limitations make it nearly impossible to report suspicious players effectively.
4. Extremely High Ping and Severe Lag
The server ping rarely drops below 400 ms.
As a result:

Characters constantly teleport.

Both I and my opponents rubber-band during PvP.
-
Combat becomes nearly impossible.
-
The game freezes and stutters while building.
I have noticed that this issue occurs especially often when using the Construction Hammer.
5. Server Crashes
In the past, creating golems would frequently cause the server to crash and disconnect all players.
Today, after successfully defending a raid, the server crashed once again. When I logged back in, several of my chests and all the items inside them were gone.
General Assessment
The recent update was presented as a major improvement and was said to have gone through extensive testing. However, the current reality is that:

Capacity issues still exist.

Lag is extremely severe.

The server continues to crash.

Players lose their chests and items.
-
The Event Log is insufficient for tracking suspicious activity.
These problems are extremely frustrating, especially for players who invest significant time and effort on official PvP servers.
Our Biggest Request: Active and Responsive Management
For years, the community’s main request has been clear: we want an active and responsive management team.
Players want:

Their concerns to be taken seriously.

Cheat reports to be investigated effectively.

Technical issues to be resolved promptly.
-
Official servers to be monitored regularly.
Conan Exiles is a fantastic game with tremendous potential. However, protecting player progress and maintaining a healthy game environment requires a much more active management approach.
Final Request
As a long-time player who genuinely loves this game, I respectfully ask that these technical issues and management shortcomings be addressed as soon as possible.
It is unacceptable for items we worked hard to obtain, bases we built, and raids we defended for hours to disappear without any record.
All we want is stable servers and an active administration team that listens to and supports its players.
