Shaggai Drone spawns with 0% chance on stat growth

After growing the larvae and placing the Shaggai Drone in the world it has 0% growth chance on all its stats. This means even with levels it never improves.

Game version 2.3.275862, dedicated Testlive client

No mods.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Get a Shaggai drone larvae (from a Shaggai drone)
  2. Put it in a beehive and let it mature
  3. Place it in the world.
  4. Note that all its stats have a 0% growth chance.

Is it a cosmetic pet like the turtles are, or does it actually have non-trash base stats? All the turtles (which are non-combat pets) have 0 growth…

Good question. It has 0 for all its stats but it can attack other npcs and deal damage. It is essentially a demonic entity so I would hope that its a bit more than just “ornamental”.
