Shield of Zabweth not adding the survival bonus it should

shield of Zabweth does not add the survival bonus at all when equipped.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:
1.go purchase the shield using ur pearls
2.equip it with hope of survival bonus
3.watch nothing happens!!!
4.go back to seller and request a pearl refund or get a shield that does add the survival bonus at it should!!! XD
