Bug Description:
Shield smash is not functioning. Weapons that have the shield smash tag, for example Momentum and Quake, now rebound from raised shields.
Bug Reproduction:
Use a weapon that has the shield smash tag, fight an enemy with a shield, wait for them to raise the shield then attack and see your weapon rebound off the enemy shield.
