Single player server settings and sound effects after patch 2.6

I’m back on The isle of Siptah recently.
Server settings doesn’t save correctly on single player game.

Sound effects on sprinting are sometime missing and swing,
hits and some other sounds are delaying from visual.

Those are very decreasing QoL…

Unfotunately,patch2.7 is not solve these problem.
