Is anyone else having issues with sinners refuge? The named npc isnt appearing at the alter since the patch. I have been farming it for Asuras armor… i have everything but the boots and am worried that I wont be able to get them now

Crom has turned his back on you, refusing to grant you luck (just RNG, try few more times) 
EDIT: Yes Meo… PS4 (mentioned mods on initial post)
have you checked if anyone has built on top and blocking the spawn?

@Fleming5652 killed CROMS Faithful last night. Some one can build above and only block parts of the refuge
