I have a diagnostic toon I maintain, and would make join the server for the purpose of holding my land. After Beta there hasn’t been a reason for me to go to Siptah yet.

You should. And go to the dark island. Everything but ichor is easy to mass farm there. Plus plenty of camps so peak building can pretty much be safe from trebs. Oh and black ice is not very abundant there. But I have no issues getting plenty of hardened brick;)
