More times than I care to remember I have fought the snake priest’s guards only to have the game freeze with a blue error screen (on s\player offline) when he stands up to fight. I have also played the same scene online with a totally different character & at exactly the same point the game cuts out from the server. I have uninstalled & reinstalled the complete game but the error on both games is still there. Help! I cannot complete the main quest to finish the game. Is anyone else having the same problems?

Steps on how to reproduce issue:
- Reach the snake priests throne room.
- Fight with his guards.
- Snake priest stands up.
- Either blue error screen offline, (which I keep reporting code CE-34878-0) or online the frame freezes & the server cuts out losing connection.
