I don’t believe there was any early access, but I’m not anyone special so if there was I wouldn’t have been privy to it.

Hey CodeMage, thanks for the reply.

After taking some days off Conan i think i calmed down. 🙂
I guess the CP comparisson is very fitting, both games are a complete mess and, while they are both games with huge potential, they are just not fun to play. It appears to be the healthiest way to just stay away from the things that make you not feel good.

And as i was angry at this game, i used this forum as a valve to release some pressure. This was very wrong and all that i achieved with this thread is to create more frustration and hate in this community. I want to appologize for that.
In no way do i think i have the right to dictate funcom how they should handle their communication with their community, i have way too few knowledge in that area anyways.

I guess its been a great time and i wish yall the best.

Hey Multigun, thanks again for your reply.

As i appreciate all the work you are doing on this forum and for this game in general, i just wanna say that if you’d work on that attitude and start being nicer, you could actually make things better here. Right now you are just hardening the fronts.

Bye 🙂

Hello, I clearly understand your answer, but I do not see the problem in exposing the different problems that the game has presented since this last update, we may not be part of the Funcom administrative body but we are the ones who use the product, it is understandable that there are details, but these details make the game unplayable, if all of us frustrated move away from it, who will buy the dlc’s?

Keep that head up, and keep on - keeping on. When it comes down to it, sorry you’ve experienced what you have - there are many people who haven’t experienced half of what you have, and some that have experienced the same as you.

But the only way to let the devs know is to keep your head about it - and let them know. They can’t fix if they don’t know what’s broke.

Hi, @Ark_Templar, and welcome to the forums.

I think you might have misunderstood what I was saying in the second part of my reply to @Zodiakus, so let me try to express it better.

I am not, by any means, trying to suggest people shouldn’t report bugs and discuss the problems with the game. However, there’s a difference between “these are the problems I have with the game” and “I demand that you change the way you do your work”. The former is useful for everyone. The latter is not realistic, it’s often not feasible, and it just makes noise in the discussion.

I am especially grateful to @Zodiakus for understanding and acknowledging this, instead of interpreting what I said as a personal attack.

The part where I talked about CP2077 is just to illustrate that sometimes we get too frustrated with something that doesn’t work and that begins to affects us, so taking a step back can help. It’s not just CP2077 for me: I took a break from Conan Exiles in February and only came back in May, because I was too frustrated with the game and the direction it was going.

That doesn’t mean I’m saying everyone should just ignore the bugs and go away. I’m just saying that if it’s something that frustrates you too much, then it might be better to at least take a break, instead of letting it affect you.

Thanks for the answer, I think I understand your position better, in short, the advice you provide is correct and mature on your part. However, it still weighs on me that with the current marketing trend, “resting” an application due to errors in its development is, literally, killing it. If I understand that it is for personal benefit that you should not let yourself be affected because a program does not work as expected, no wonder I am 40 years old, but it does bother me that when some friends tell you that they do not play Conan Exiles but are Minecraft fans is because Minecraft does not crash constantly, they feel relaxed and curiously constructive, and believe me that Conan Exiles is a much better and deeper game this if it worked a little better on console than Minecraft.

Regards.

Start being nicer? Really? I’ve been “nice” to you all, I wasn’t always so “hardened.” My reward has been the most directed abuse and toxic attacks that ive ever experienced from a gaming community in my nearly 30 years of gaming. And it’s not even close.

10,000 + hours of volunteering my efforts for this gaming community (modding and helping with fixing bugs in particular), but I shall work on “being nicer”, up until yet another one of you launch another assault.

While you’re answer may have contained the relevant information, it’s delivery left much to be desired.

It was the first time the user had posted and you went into full on assault mode.

I didn’t see it mentioned earlier, though honestly I may have missed it:
