Bug Description:

Decay is broken. Old bases and builds will Decay to 350 hours then stop decaying. NPCs and thralls are moving through the walls during purges and destroying inner walls w/o destroying outer walls/ Compost bins are not making compost/ Thralls are sinking through the floors/ Golems are not farming unless standing next to them

And you are the Admin, correct? What are the server Decay settings set to? You don’t mention that in the above? You don’t mention how the server is Hosted? Local, via a Host company, server memory, etc. All of these would be factors needed to help.
