So now with the update to UE5 we lost all our bases and resources? I am devastated.

It’s much more nuanced than a simple yes or no. Is your game client through Steam, or Epic/Microsoft? Do you play on EL or Siptah? Do you play on official or private servers? If you play on private, do you play with mods?
Same happened to us it seems. Had a dedicated server on exile lands and assumed that characters and buildings would remain intact with the update but nope - all gone… we have a backup from legacy but what can we do with it?
