My Saga toon was at least PvP 1 and I did not get the extra character slot. This happen to anyone else?
If your character was at least PvP 1 before the merge occurred, you should receive the additional character slot automatically.
Please keep in mind, however, that the slot is not applied to any characters automatically so your character will still display as “locked” post-merge. You’ll need to select and unlock them to apply the character slot and get back to playing. You can also choose to use the character slot on a different locked character on your account, if you have one.
If you’re absolutely certain you should have received an additional character slot, but didn’t, I’d recommend visiting us at https://funcom.com/help and submitting an email support ticket using the provided web form. This will allow Support to assist you with your account directly.
