That is a weird bug, I don’t seem to be able to recreate it though. My thralls show as normal. If it doesn’t resolve itself in a few restarts, I’d recommend verifying your local cache through steam.
Mine are normal as well, @BrianDD try verifying your files.
I started the game as normal and the bug has gone, so I’m not sure why it happened the first time. I’ll tick this down to a conflict on my system, and not as a bug by Funcom. The solution seems to be a restart after an update. I’ll tag this as ‘solved’.
