Some 3 skulls bosses are not giving any xp to thralls

Some 3 skulls bosses are not giving any xp to thralls. I’m constantly having this issue in Blacksail Harbor, Isle of Siptah map. Video added, same thrall xp (107778) before and after killing the boss.

Not the bosses, but from the weapon effect ‘Executioner’.
Any kill with that effect will not give xp.
