"1.) The lag on servers is untenable and unplayable.

At 40 players the servers debugHUD shows 500-700 ping at all times and fights are just player models teleporting around (sometimes disappearing entirely during attacks or rolls) and hits are landing from 2 to 40 player models away with any weapon (daggers included). This is not PvP its just a lag fest without skill.
The NPC’s, Thralls (wild or tamed), horses, pets, bosses, etc are all stationary and lagging out of their minds. The PvE content isn’t even enjoyable at anything above 20 players. This issue hurts both PvP and PvE players"

I hope they implement that or just let people use them tbh cause what if your friends don’t want to buy dlc and still use it. Kind of forces you to buy, they should just make the game free too or make it cheap cheap. Seems like they don’t advertise the new update as much either getting A twitch drop going too would be good

Yea the fact that casting spells uses so much utility so it crashes the game…it is just not fun to play on pvp with people who abuse this bug/exploit to raid…just fix this Funcom…

yes this problem doesnt get enough attention from fc. I mean i cant place my horse because it must stand on walkable floor and i must try it 10times to get it work when the servers are laggy. using the new teleporter is cool but when you must wait 3 minutes after teleporting to load the things in your benches and chests its not more funny to use it. When your horse is bugging around like a bouncy ball its very annoyng to see this and hard to use the horse. And there are so much more examples how the game perform when its laggy. But im not hoping anymore to get better servers because im waiting for this over 1 and a half year.

Glutton For Punishment

This perk is absurdly overpowered and needs a large nerf. Fights are endless and all you need to do is run to heal an entire health bar. Fall off a cliff? No problem. Get cleaved with a sword of Crom for 500 damage? No worries, in a few seconds your health bar will be maxed WITHOUT the use of a single aloe pot.

The amount of health either needs to be reduced to 40% of damage received is healed over time (and should not be affected by the “50% increase from healing sources” because 60% healing is too much for a perk) or if you are hit (like a normal aloe pot) it cancels out the heal and sets a new heal only for the most recent hit. Yes this would discourage large hitting weapons but something absolutely has to change with this perk.

It’s strong yes. But not OP. You will get hp back if you get dmg by a huge amount once. But u wont get it back if u still get dmged. So maybe you not using the best tactic. The other perk in vit tho “last stand” is OP in those terms that you are almost un killable for 5 seconds. 5 seconds is a really long time. And almost everytime some one with last stand can escape and hide inside, then after 1 min have it available again.

I mean last stand is strong but it can be worked around since it would still require the target heals and you can hit them to cancel pots or keep them on the ropes with DOTs (Damage Over Time). Glutton they can just run away and heal on the move which means they dont have to stop and open themselves up for an attack. While yes, Last Stand is strong, it doesn’t really matter when I use a 1 shot build and pop you like a balloon or when I pot cancel you. Pot cancels are a core mechanic of fights anyways so I dont see this as big of an issue as glutton.

Ah yeah. Conan would literally be the most perfect survival game ever if the lag stopped being such an everyday issue. Rust and other games doesn’t have it nearly this bad. It’s kind of shocking that its been like this for 4-5 years straight and got worse in 3.0.

Bombs currently cannot deal blast damage to targets horizontally (such as a door next to a bomb) or above them. If the bomb is sitting on a surface then it can deal damage to targets below it or that specific surface only. Otherwise its fire damage and pray that it hits whatever you are trying to raid through. I also believe this is an issue with trebs (demonfire barrage). This completely breaks raiding which is a CORE component of raids.

This is the first time I’ve seen the “bug” with bombs actually described. I don’t think this is a bug. I think it’s an intentional nerf.

This is a huge problem but I don’t think it’s being caused by 3.0 specifically. It’s just that there’s more interest in the game right now so there are more players and higher server loads.

I know you can hit them while potting. Thats not the issue. The problem is that you cant kill them. The case with clutton is if u hit your shots glutton wont help you at all.

Maybe so.

I went back and looked at the patch notes and they only mentioned removing the physics after ignition and increasing the area of effect of the damage over time component. Nothing specific about changing how the blast works.

There was also a change to demonfire orbs to increase their dot to 1000 and a comment about how this makes them comparable to bombs.

That being said, it’s hard to imagine bombs ever being comparable to orbs without a pretty big nerf to bombs.

Are you referring to the Katana exploit that seems to be introduced in 3.0? Or just a general very high damage build?

Yes, blocking skins IS REAL threat to the core gameplay, first it seems meh… but when you think IF in some point in da future most of gear around us WILL BE skins… imagine what game be like
you literally cant interact with anything (because you didn’t buy it)
