What they need to do is relax on banning people over land claim it’s actually contradictory to their own game.
Maybe get official servers with different settings like weekend raid only or 5x. Cause tbh we don’t trust admins. But if you can get wiped by funcom it’s kind of funny because it’s same thing.
They need to focus more on pop growth! / that being said STOP BANNING FOR BUILDING. Mass land claim ok but just cause I have a decent sized base for defence like come on the maps are massive fr. I under stand if the resource/boss block but seriously you have zero rules and you still just ban???
And make some better ways for noobs to learn how to play the game! This game is extremely time consuming. When you don’t know anything you get bored or burnt out the. Just quit

Why do I get the feeling that you wouldn’t trust any admin that actually enforce their rules? Why do I get the feeling you just want FC to run their servers like they did in the past (IE wild west/ no enforcement).
Do they have specific details one hoe big your base can be??? And the fact admins can spawn anything / favour people is such a turn off . You clearly haven’t been on a private it’s full of abuse. And on top there

Common sense??! Buddy the map is massive… why do I have to limit my self because some bum can’t raid me. And for resource blocking I can literally block one rock ore and I bet I can still be banned lmao. Dude if you block a boss sure. But what about for example the mountain where the cave you get silver. I can can’t build there because it stops the boss from coming back. But like why not optimize the game better? Why does that even happen lmao. Give me your server number and clan name I bet you any money I alone can mass report you and get you banned .
Because you share this space with other people. If you don’t want that, there’s a singleplayer mode for a reason.

it seems to me that there are no clear rules as to when and why people get banned for landclaim.
receiving a 14 day ban, for blocking a skeleton key boss (that btw is absolutely useless) seems kinda rough. not to mention why is your entire base getting deleted, when a “small” wheel house next to your base, is the one blocking 
its too easy to press a button from your panel to script clean entire clans base, instead of logging in and check whats actually the problem.
My friend had a nice big base in mounds, it is a GPU machine heavy place mode since the rain and weather effects.
On a newer machine u wont notice, he got wiped and banned, didnt block anything, nothing, had maybe 20 thralls outside, 3 horses.
good luck. I was totally within the rules and got deleted and banned for the 3rd time, thanks to funcom zendesk being instrumentalized by griefers to get rid of other players…
I’m starting to come around to @Taemien ’s view of just shut down officials honestly. This is like the upteenth post on the same topic and there is a lack of acknowledgement that its a public server that people treat like they have a right to it. If you want to do what you want, get a private server. Otherwise, you’ll just have to live with the decision of the admins.
It’s just beating a dead horse by now. The topic is out there, we all know. Just because one thread locks for devolving into toxicity doesn’t mean start a new identical one. When it’s the same dozen people making a relentless volley of endless identical posts, that doesn’t add any more merit than if they had each just made one.

Don’t Starve Together has NEVER had official servers and it has twice as many active players according to steam.
Nah, it’s just a tiny minority. It’s like 5 or 10 people out of 300,000. Yeah, they’re noisy and obnoxious but that’s life. And sometimes (like one in a thousand) they actually have a point or put forth a good idea - it’s ultra-rare but it happens.

And no, not like that… You actually pay for city provided public facilities like that. It would be more like a privately owned store or supermarket. It’s open to the public but there are rules of conduct - some of them posted and some of them just common sense based. They reserve the right to withhold service to anyone for any reason - in the USA barring only civil rights legislation.
