Playing on the official servers is a privilege, like any private server. You have rules you agree to follow, if you don’t you lose your privilege.

First of all, lol, yes it lags incredibly. And I am surprised I didn’t dashboard, I certainly did lose frames like crazy.
Messaging people about their bases being too much/against rules has literally NEVER ended well.
I have tried.
Many times.
It is only met with anger and meanness, defensiveness and usually insults and so on. Nobody ever says “hey ya know you’re right, thank you” lmao. I’ve even shown people literal screenshots of the Land Claim rules and pointed out direct violations and they basically told me to go jump in the sink hole.

the system does work in people following the rules the system doesnt work in you checking every other player base like a watcher.
Playing in official server isnt a privilege it is just part of game like many other games did you know what would have happened if funcom didnt give the official server free? The game possible would be dead by year two
Every other game give free official servers rust 7 die ark no man etc for me it isnt privilege it is just part of the game and selling a game like this and no giving free official servers is like selling a car and no giving the wheels.
Yeah some people dont listen and ignore the fact and rules in one of the servers where i play i always msg new players helping they and when sometimes i find a base with something wrong i msg the player explaining what it wrong and how he can fix it right now it is a of latam server with most players some people listen and some just ignore but in the end i know i tried to help.

You agree to be part of the zendesk system, I know you never read the ToS but you AGREEd to it didn’t you? So you agree to follow and help enforce the ToS. I know you can’t fathom it but you agree to be funcom’s HOA agent on the public server when you agree to the ToS.

And like any other private server you break the rules you lose the privilege. The funcom official server ARE NOT AN ENTITLEMENT. Maybe that is the part you don’t get.

And when I try to help you berate and attack me some how I doubt you’re any different on a server. Some how I just do not see you telling anyone their build might be a violation. So who is spinning yarns now?
I would not brag about 293+ days. That means you played just under 4 hours EVERY SINGLE day over the course of 5 years??? That is rather embarrassing

I think the frustration of the game is getting to the better of me seeking out to roast people. I envy the hours you have acquired, however i ask that you do not end up being part of the toxic majority that serves this game. I am specifically focused on PVP and not PVE.

Not much point in arguing about it and not much is getting done with the topic being degraded by personal warfare.
I’ve done all of the above. I’m a little shocked that something that is so unbelievably inconsiderate and unnecessarily huge and ridiculous, is “normal” to literally anyone. Makes you wonder…
There are 2 here that think the rules do not apply to them.
1: Most people never read the ToS to know the rules. They look around and build by example, not knowing the examples are there only because they have not been reported.
2: Most people do not feel or know it’s their obligation to be part of the rules/ToS system. This starts the big zendesk fail.
3: The rules are vague to most, even with clear examples. So there are those that use the “vagueness” as an excuse to build as they see fit,
4: Even with very clear examples of “ornamental builds” people still don’t get EVERYTHING you place claims land, even that little incense burner.
5: THERE IS NO FOUNDATION LIMIT. I’ve talked to many people in chat that thought there was a foundation count limit like with thralls and ONLY foundations counted, so was waiting on the “you’ve hit your max” warning.
6: Too many people play as they please, ignore any and all rules then play the victim when banned. One of the more common threads on this forum.

None the less the fix starts with funcom. We have discussed at length the best ways to fix this and make the public servers more friendly and less crowded with violating builds. But we can’t fix the issues, hell “WE” don’t even want to be responsible for helping enforce the rules, just complain about it when some one does.
In my experience when one person ONE person’s 18 builds finally all decayed away you could literally feel the change in the gravity of the server.
Server loaded noticeable faster, NPCs and follower got less glitchy, and maximum player count before hitting 200 doubled. Don’t think multiple ornamental over builds are not having a direct effect on your game.
It’s like potato chips, it’s never just 1{unless it’s ghost pepper chips 
}. If you see one roman temple district build there are 5 you don’t.
See this is one of those concepts you fail to comprehend.

The cute thing is, I never built a single building on the server I played on after the rules came into effect. Everything I had was pre enforcement. One could say that I didnt break the rules because I didnt build anything in violation…so yeah, I find that kind of funny.
You know that most people who play on servers do not want the responsibility of being Funcoms Police Service? People will report hackers, cheaters and maybe sky bases…thats about all they feel the need to react to because that directly affect gameplay (speaking from the pvp perspective). Past that, most people dont want to run around the map for two hours looking for things to report, thats not playing the game.

Did you flag your own reply where you insinuate that Im using an alt account, which not only would be against forum ToS, but its just downright stupid to, and also could be considered a false accusation/personal attack? You didnt?
Gosh, thats almost like your choosing what rules to enforce on whom. Almost like thats a glaring problem with having a Funcom Special Police force, instead of Funcom admins doing the job. Thats one part you fail to see.
Pointing out that Im being targeted doesnt mean Im calling myself a victim. Im pointing out a group of individuals who purposely only target my replies, and not others clearly in violation of the forum ToS. You want power? Act fairly with it to all people.
I don’t think this example is on the “unbelievable” side of things happen in CE. At least on Series X i found the performance acceptable (with around 8 other players online i could easily run around the base without to much lag and fight the foes at trapper’s cabin), there are far worse examples especially on the neglected Playstation.
And this clan builds at least considerate enough as to not block the spawns at trapper’s cabin and leaves free access to the unique recipe and the lore stone there. Nice, have seen much worse.
On the other hand, it is undoubtedly “to much” regarding the rules stated at the “Land Claim Abuse on Official Servers” here at the forums, so no problem reporting it. But in this case I wouldn’t.
Anyway, i placed a hut with bench on top of the Aqueduct to watch what might happen 
(otherwise i have no business on that server).
