What was players number one issue before the rules came in? Building spam, especially on PvE, because they couldnt do anything about it themselves. On PvP it was hackers/exploiters and people spiderwebbing massive land claim (which was never an issue when T3 was harder to farm and T1 was destroyable with steel) Amazing how when (on PvP) we had the ability to deal with land claim or building issues ourselves, no one cared.
